This place is unique because it has a private boat dock. You can rent a boat in the marina or Kayak. It has a private beach, lakeside pool and a Indoor Olympic size heated pool. They also have two Jacuzzi's, tennis and Basket ball courts. Lakeside volley ball and pickle ball courts.
You will need to pick up a pass from front office and pay for these services. You will need rental agreement document to show the HOA in order to access the activity centers like pool and spa, volleyball, park and indoor pool. The office is located at 356 Ala Wai Blvd, South Lake Tahoe Ca. 96150.
